About the launch date of RED SOFT's exchange-traded bonds

RED SOFT has set the starting date for placement of Series 002P-02 non-convertible interest-bearing non-documentary exchange-traded bonds with centralized rights registration, which are placed by public subscription within the program of exchange-traded bonds, Series 002P, registration number - 4-00372-R-002P-02E dated April 23, 2020, assigned by PJSC Moscow Exchange (registration number assigned to the securities issue and the date of its assignment: 4B02-02-00372-R-002P of 14.05.2021). The placement starts on May 20, 2021. The end date of the placement of the Exchange Bonds shall be the earliest of the following dates: a) 180th (one hundred and eightieth) day from the date of the beginning of the placement of the Exchange Bonds; b) date of the placement of the last Exchange Bond of the issue. The issue of the Exchange Bonds is not expected to be placed in tranches.
