CommuniGate Systems and RED SOFT confirmed product compatibility

As a step towards continuing their technological partnership, the Russian IT companies CommuniGate Systems and RED SOFT have confirmed the correctness of the Samoware communication client running on the RED OS operating system.

Previously, the developers have reported about the Communigate Pro platform and the RED OS compatibility. Now the universal client Samoware, a part of the platform ecosystem, works on the domestic operating system.

The Samoware desktop client provides a wide range of communication features: email, instant messaging (chat), voice communication, calendar and address book management, cloud storage, collaboration, as well as local backup and offline access to previously downloaded user data (letters, calendar events, contacts, call and chat history, etc.). Samoware clients are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation №162 dated April 7, 2020.

RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
