Registration of the issue of exchange-traded bonds

On May 14, 2021 PJSC Moscow Exchange adopted a decision to register the decision to issue securities (exchange-traded bonds) series 002P-02 of Red Soft Limited Liability Company and to assign registration number 4B02-02-00372-R-002P dated May 14, 2021. Series 002P-02 interest-bearing non-convertible non-documentary exchange-traded bonds with a centralized registration system are to be offered by public subscription under the program of exchange-traded bonds, Series 002P, registration number - 4-00372-R-002P-02E dated April 23, 2020, assigned by the Moscow Exchange. No exchange-traded bond prospectus was submitted to PJSC Moscow Exchange.
